WOW! You talk about an agent that works in your best interest, talk to James. I always though I had the lowest rate available on my Motorcycle insurance until today. He saved me HUNDREDS ! I have gas money now for a few months. Thanks James for the work you do.

Found this agency online and called for a quote. They found me a motorcycle insurance rate for the same exact coverage at HALF of what I was paying before. SAME EXACT COVERAGE / ONE HALF THE PRICE.... I'll be sending more bikers your way. A+++ in this riders book !

Being new to the State I was shopping for all my ins needs.Jim was the ultimate professional and he added a personal touch as well.I called quite a few agents before I found him and none compared.i will refer all my family to him as we'll as they will be relocating in a few short weeks.

I am very pleased to have Jim as my agent. I cannot express enough the benefit of having an agent on your side versus dealing directly with an insurance company. But Jim has provided a personal touch worth mentioning. He's always taken the time to explain the finer points of policies and to help me find the most suitable coverage -- strikes me as a real straight-talker, no up-selling. I did the Progressive Snapshot program earlier this year, of which Jim is quite knowledgeable. He walked me through how it works and how to maximize benefit. Over the past year I've called Jim in the evening and on weekends and he's always been available. So I just wanted to express my gratitude to the LaVerdis and wish Jim and Lori all the best this coming year.

I had James as my Insurance agent for 2 years while in Arizona and I never had the kind of service he provided me. Professional, always available,and down to earth kinda guy. I have recently moved out of the state of AZ and I only hope I can find an agent like James here. If I ever move back to AZ I know who I'm calling for my Insurance. Regards and best wishes. A.M

I just wanted everyone to know that the Laverdis have made buying isurance quick and easy. They explained everything in great detail and were very patient with my questions and concerns. Everyone should have a agent as hard working as the Laverdis!!

I really appreciate James help in obtaining insurance, since the first day I called him he was really nice and helpfull with all my questions. He got me the lowest rate possible & then offered another program to help me save even more. Signed me up right away & came to my house the same day to sign the paper work. Explained every document that I was signing and made me realize why I should have renter insurance also. Thanks James for all your help, keep up the good work & great customer service that your wife and you provide

What a refreshing experience buying insurance! Jim's a great agent and actually educated me about what I was buying as opposed to just having me sign papers and hand over money. I was able to meet with him after hours which was really convenient, and even if I call him on the weekend, he's always there and helpful - big smile :-) -

James and Lori have been great to work with. Any time I need anything they have been quick to send out new bids or they come right out to my house to have me sign paper work. I have all my insurance through these guys(home, boats, cars) and have been very pleased! -

They made sure that I understood what my car insurance covered and what it didn't. They were extremely flexible and made sure to get car insurance quickly. It's so nice to have great customer service and actually have an easy to reach human respond to your phone calls!! -
